Welcome to YY Boxes. We specialize in providing high-quality aluminum cans, aluminum bottles, and tinplate box packaging solutions. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

General Provisions

These terms apply to all aluminum and tinplate products supplied by YY Boxes. Placing an order constitutes your full acceptance of this agreement.

Product Disclaimer

Content Compatibility

Highly acidic, alkaline, or corrosive contents may damage the metal or internal coating. Customers are responsible for compatibility testing (minimum 2-4 weeks) before full-scale production.

Physical Characteristics

Minor dents, pressure marks, or surface scratches from manufacturing and handling are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Oxidation & Storage

Metal products must be stored in a dry, ventilated, and shaded environment. Rust from improper storage is not a quality defect.

Printing & Color

Slight color variances between digital proof and finished metal product are normal.

Return & Refund Policy

Inspection Period	15 calendar days from receipt
Return Restrictions	Products unwrapped from bulk packaging are non-returnable
Customized Orders	Cannot be canceled once production starts
Fees & Charges	20% restocking fee + round-trip shipping

Shipping & Damage Claims

Important: If goods arrive damaged, you must note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt and provide clear photos. Claims cannot be processed if signed "clear".

For fragile metal items, we recommend shipping via pallets or reinforced cartons.
